Advanced Technical Design Lead for Immersion Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and development of our DUV projection immersion systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our immersion systems and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure that our immersion systems meet the required specifications and performance standards.
- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of our immersion systems, including the development of technical specifications, design documentation, and test plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, to ensure that our immersion systems meet the required specifications and performance standards.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify and resolve technical issues and develop innovative solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of our immersion systems.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and update technical knowledge and expertise in the field of DUV projection technology and immersion systems.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of DUV projection technology and immersion systems, including design, development, and testing.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
