Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechatronics System Architect to lead our product design teams and drive innovation in mechatronic system design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and decompose customer requirements to design mechatronic systems
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap and lead the system design team to meet functional specifications
  • Define decomposed functions and modules in close cooperation with colleagues from all disciplines
  • Lead the team to document and maintain specifications, perform trade-off studies, and set direction for realization and validation
  • Review designs to ensure system performance and improvements
  • Act as a technical coach for designers during projects

Requirements

  • Technical University degree and Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in hi-tech, precision machinery, contamination control, and vacuum
  • Eager to define concepts, interfaces, and apply mechatronic design rules
  • Accurate, flexible, and motivated to face challenges
  • Team player with good communication skills and proficient in English
