Are you a Senior Mechatronics System Architect looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product design teams to the edge of technology.

Job Information

As a Senior Mechatronics System Architect at VDL ETG Technology & Development, you will be responsible for capturing and decomposing customer requirements and designing the system. You will contribute to the technical roadmap and lead the system design team to meet the functional specifications of our customers within overall cost and timing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define decomposed functions and modules in close co-operation with colleagues from all disciplines.
  • Lead the team to document and maintain specifications.
  • Perform trade-off studies and set direction for realization and validation.
  • Review designs to ensure system performance and improvements.
  • Act as a technical coach for designers during projects.

Requirements

  • Technical University, Master degree.
  • At least 7 years relevant experience in hi-tech, precision machinery, contamination control, and vacuum.
  • Eager to define concepts, interfaces, and apply mechatronic design rules.
  • Accurate, flexible, and motivated to face challenges.
  • Team player with good communication skills and proficient in English.
