What were once athletic shoes used in competitions were revamped for everyday urban wear, finding favor as trendy fashion accessories.

In addition to its range of footwear, Onitsuka Tiger also offers meticulously designed clothing and bags that reflect the brand's dedication to traditional craftsmanship and a contemporary fashion perspective. Currently, Onitsuka Tiger is on the path of yet another exciting evolution, positioning itself as a premium fashion brand.

Job Description
  • Lead the 3PL (Third Party Logistics) project management for Onitsuka Tiger EMEA, collaborating with 3PL, Onitsuka Tiger Headquarters, and ASICS Logistics Team.
  • Oversee operations and work closely with the 3PL provider to drive enhancements and ensure smooth logistics operations, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage PO shipment/delivery to prevent any loss in sales opportunities, working in tandem with AEB Shared Service Logistics/SCM team and 3PL.

  • Regularly update and monitor the confirmed production/delivery schedules against the requested timelines for each milestone, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders regarding the production/delivery status.
  • Utilize a comprehensive approach to make logistics decisions, factoring in forecasts, sales order balances, and production lead times to optimize resources and overcome constraints.
  • Proactively identify and address any production/delivery delays, ensuring timely solutions to meet product launch dates across all sales channels.
  • Swiftly manage delivery delays for critical products by adjusting shipping methods and costs within budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitate smooth customs processes for product deliveries by staying abreast of the latest trading laws and regulations, coordinating with factories and freight forwarders on necessary documentation and packaging requirements.
  • Track sales samples and apparel & accessories deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide stakeholders with insights on potential excesses or shortages in inventory.
Purchase Order Input Management
  • Collaborate with the Onitsuka Tiger EMEA Merchandising team to manage purchase order inputs efficiently.
Other Responsibilities
  • Control warehouse, freight, and courier costs while maintaining quality standards and competitive pricing.
  • Resolve discrepancies in factory invoices to streamline payment processes in the Accounts Payable Department.
  • Vendor management and payment processing.
Profile

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We seek a qualified candidate with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management and operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the fashion industry.
  • Knowledge of foreign trade, customs clearance, and related laws.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in warehouse management.
  • International exposure.
