    What you will do
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Amsterdam.

You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to a high performing, fun and and informal culture.


In this role, you will report to our Head of People & Culture, and you will work closely with other two HR Advisors, HR Coordinators, and Recruiters.

You will also support an international group of employees working in our Dutch office - and offices abroad -in day-to-day support, compensation and benefits, organizational design, learning & development, and performance management.


Our company is growing fast and there are plenty of opportunities to initiate HR projects or participate in local and international HR projects in addition to our daily operations.


Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Become the communication contact for the managers on different levels on all related HR matters like:


 Compensation and benefits
  • Performance management
  • Team organization
  • Sickness absence
  • Training and development
  • Joiners/movers/leaver processes
  • Consult with managers to provide guidance and input on all peoplerelated matters
  • Provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, etc
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery,
  • Cooperate in adhoc HR projects, like eNPS, International benefits, HRrelated policies, talent development etc.
  • Identify training needs for business units and provide followup,
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • A completed BSc' degree in HR or otherwise relevant;
  • 2+ years of working experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and market, plus the ability to translate this into practice;
  • A proactive mindset and handson approach with your partners;
  • A passion and ability to build strong effective relationships with your stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate the ability to build trust, influence the environment and implement HR initiatives;
  • An excellent communication style and ability to engage with teams across Tiqets;
  • A collaborative teammate;
  • Pragmatic, analytical and always driven to improve;
  • Ambitious and curious by nature;
  • Able to prioritize, manage and track multiple activities and tasks;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Hybrid flexibility, but encourage a minimum of two days in the officePerks & benefits at Tiqets
