  • De Communicatie Adviseur HR is verantwoordelijk voor alle HR communicatie, zowel binnen HR als naar alle medewerkers en leidinggevenden van Schiphol Group.
  • Je werkt als solist en je bent de communicatie specialist binnen de HR- afdeling. Je werkt samen met een dynamische groep HR professionals met passie voor hun vak.

Als Communicatie Adviseur HR ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en coördineren van effectieve communicatieplannen vanuit HR zowel binnen HR als richting de bredere organisatie medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de regie pakt, keuzes maakt en daar de verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en adviseur voor de verschillende teams die werken aan HR-beleid en HR onderwerpen. Je brengt zo de verschillende communicatiebehoeften en initiatieven in kaart.
  • Coördineren, beheren en schrijven van interne communicatie-initiatieven binnen de HR-afdeling.
  • Deelnemen aan HR brede projecten en uitvoeren van communicatie acties waarbij de nadruk ligt op het informeren en betrekken van medewerkers op alle niveaus. Je ontwikkeld een aanpak voor het begeleiden van de adoptie van HR-projecten binnen de organisatie en voert deze aanpak uit.
  • Coördineren en redigeren van het People onderdeel in het Schiphol Group jaarverslag.
  • Ondersteunen van het maken van storylines voor de CHRO in samenspraak met Senior Manager Strategy & People Analytics.

In deze zelfstandige rol benut jij nieuwe communicatiekansen en -kanalen om de betrokkenheid en effectiviteit te vergroten.

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als communicatie adviseur.
  • Affiniteit met HR onderwerpen.
