Your job as a FinanceManager:
In this position, your primarymission is to steer the financial direction with precision andforesight. You'll be at the helm of accounting and taxation,managing cash flows and controlling overhead costs with a keen eyeon ensuring the company's financial health. Your role is pivotal inpreparing insightful reports that guide the strategic decisions.You will do this by:

  • leading andsupervising day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring monthly andannual closes are accurate and timely.
  • managing treasury functions, optimising financialresources to maintain the company's liquidity.
  • overseeing tax compliance and ensure adherence to allregulatory and fiscal obligations.
  • preparingand presenting financial reports, aligning with IFRS standards andresponding to group inquiries.
  • taking chargeof the monthly closing, annual financial audit, payroll review, andinter-group balance reconciliation, ensuring the company isbudget-compliant across all fronts.

We are looking for someone with the abilityto work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactivecommunication across departments. You'll need:

  • A bachelor degree in Finance or a equivalentstudy.
  • Proven experience in accounting,finance, and taxation, with a minimum of 3 years in a similarrole.
  • Fluent English and at least B2-levelDutch communication skills.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft DynamicsF&O.
