We are looking for one intern to join the cost control on our Gate project in Rotterdam.

Your missions:

COST CONTROL:

Assist Lead Cost Controller for
- Budget set-up and forecast evaluation,
- Monthly progress follow up of the activity on site (with Budget Owner),
- Support in preparation of monthly reports on Key Performance indicators
(KPIs), and variance analysis reports,
- Participation in monthly and quarterly closing, fast close.

Purchase (Cassius) :
- Control and reconciliation of invoices,
- Support for purchase requisitions and purchase orders,
- Progress follow up on purchase orders and contracts,
- Follow up on invoices,
- Follow up of accruals.

Support on VCGP tools (DEMAT, Cassius, SI COMPTA...)

FINANCE:

Accounting (SI COMPTA) : follow up on invoices, entering invoices, follow up on
bank payments
Accounting (SI COMPTA) : assistance in creation of suppliers (bank details)

HR:

Assistance in staff management (follow up of newcomers and leavers, order IT
equipment for newcomers, offboarding...)

Quality / Health & Safety /Environment:

Ensures the application of the QHSE system of the project

Knowledge of gas industries and international projects
Experience in Finance / Cost Control / Accounting, preferably from a Business School
or similar
Proficiency in English reading and written
Localization ; back office in Rotterdam + site

The employee will undertake to carry out his duties in accordance with the laws of the
applicable country but also to respect the ethical principles and rules of VINCI Group
and in particular the code of ethics, the Anti-corruption Code of conduct and the
Human Rights Guidelines which will be provided to him.
The employee will refrain from any type of behavior likely to characterize acts of
corruption or influence peddling.
