A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Agent:
Provide the best fan experience - no question is too wild for you
Tackle payment and ticket issues using our ticketing platform.
Report any hiccups or improvements to our Customer Service Coordinators.
Effectively communicate with fans of various events, from hardstyle to classical.
Dive into the behind-the-scenes action at the world's largest festivals.
- Excellent command of French (both spoken and written) and strong English skills.
- Previous experience in a customer servicerelated role is a plus.
- Based in the Groningen area.
- Available from 24 to 32 hours per week during office hours (08:3017:00) and occasionally on Saturdays.
- Ace multitasker with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Precision and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- And, of course, a passion for attending festivals, concerts, or other events in your free time.
