About the Role
- Take charge of discovering and engaging with talents who resonate with our company's principles. Forge positive connections with candidates, hiring managers, and peers. Oversee the complete recruitment process to ensure a favorable experience for applicants and contribute to our organization's advancement.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Create a welcoming and people-focused candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring every candidate feels appreciated.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding selected candidates.
- Actively seek out talent through various channels and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to enhance our talent acquisition efforts, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
About You
- Have in-house or RPO experience with a strong focus on candidate engagement.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, adaptability, and respect for confidentiality.
- Show a proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with an ATS system and interest in maximizing its potential.
