About the team
We are the University Marketing team: our role is to make sure universities worldwide know how we can help them grow and diversify their international student enrolments.
Our goals are to drive brand awareness, generate leads and partner with our Sales team to help them build their pipeline, close deals and strengthen client relationships and satisfaction.
Our team of 9 is made of 8 different nationalities
As Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, such as conferences, exhibition, receptions and dinners that will delight our clients and prospects and achieve our business goals.
- Event Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to enhance brand awareness, generate leads and progress opportunities.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, event registration and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring costeffective execution while maintaining highquality standards.

Process Improvement:
Partner with our Sales team to define, implement, and drive best practices and standardised processes for event execution to ensure efficiency, consistency, and maximising impact.
- Marketing and Promotion: Create compelling event promotional materials, develop marketing campaigns, and utilize various channels to maximise event attendance and engagement with the right audience.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track event performance metrics and ROI, analyse outcomes, and prepare detailed postevent reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in event planning and management, in a B2B environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Impact and resultsdriven
- Experience using CRM to track and monitor campaign results and email marketing tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support event activities
