Support in organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for the Amsterdam office Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters Support day-to-day administrative tasks working with Office manager Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time

Requirements:

Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor's degree or above. Prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships will be a strong plus Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs and content generation for employee engagement related activities Proactive, energetic and vibrant personality to engage with the businesses Possess strong communication skills in English Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
