All about the role

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records and HR system with new hire information and leavers, answering employee queries through our ticketing system, and playing a role in some exciting projects. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR we'd like to meet you.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role
  • The basics of HR and the employment life cycle;
  • Gain in depth knowledge of the HR system Workday;
  • You will learn how to support the end to end employee lifecycle;
  • You will get a good understanding of what it means (and what it takes) to be part of a rapidly expanding international company;
  • Your communication skills will be tested and developed while working with different employees, internal stakeholders and the team.
What will you bring to the table
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master Degree or higher in Human Resources or a similar field
  • Open to the scale-up mentality of rolling up your sleeves
  • Have an output driven and getting things done mentality
  • Available full-time for a period of 6 months
  • Organised, great attention to detail, and highly motivated
  • Working with the team to ensure all activities are managed efficiently and accurately
  • Fun, smart and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment
  • You are a self-starter, actively looking development opportunities, and are flexible
  • You are proficient in the English language, Dutch would also be desirable
