Florin Finance is een onafhankelijk corporate finance boutique met een focus op een mid-market M&A transacties. Wij werken voor aandeelhouders en managementteams van middelgrote bedrijven, beursgenoteerde ondernemingen en investeringsmaatschappijen.

Wij voorzien onze cliënten van hoogwaardig advies op het gebied van koop en verkoop van ondernemingen, management buy outs, joint ventures en strategische partnerships, corporate carve outs, outsourcings en financieringen. Ons jonge en enthousiaste team van professionals heeft een bewezen track record in nationale en internationale M&A transacties. Wij hanteren een hands-on aanpak en zijn hiermee gericht op een hoge kwaliteit dienstverlening en het behalen van optimaal resultaat.

Alle opdrachten worden in teamverband uitgevoerd. Als Associate Director werk je op een deal nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke Partner en één of meerdere Associates/Analysts met verdere ondersteuning van Stagiaires. Je werkt op M&A trajecten voor verschillende type klanten in meerdere sectoren.

Als Associate Director ben je betrokken bij lopende mandaten en assisteer je bij het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het verzamelen en analyseren van informatie, het opstellen van presentaties, het maken van financiële modellen en andere transactie gerelateerde documentatie. Je wordt betrokken bij strategische analyses en procesmanagement.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van onderdelen van het transactieproces en hebt frequent contact met onze klanten en andere betrokken partijen zoals bankiers, advocaten en due diligence specialisten.

Verder ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van het team en de begeleiding van Associates, Analysts en Stagiaires.

Door het doen van transacties zullen je kennis en ervaring snel toenemen en zal ook een begin gemaakt worden met het ontwikkelen van commerciële activiteiten. Daartoe is het van belang proactief ideeën te genereren voor mogelijke transacties en actief te werken aan de opbouw van je eigen relatienetwerk.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een goed academisch en professioneel track record met circa 2 tot 8 jaar relevante transactie-ervaring in M&A. Deze ervaring kan zijn opgedaan binnen Corporate Finance, Transaction Services of Private Equity. Je bent enthousiast en vastberaden om je verder te ontwikkelen in het Corporate Finance vak

Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en projectmanagement vaardigheden, een probleemoplossend vermogen en kennis van financiële modellen. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail, 'common sense' en je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.

Je bent een echte teamspeler die in staat is zelfstandig te werken en sturing te geven aan jongere collega's.
