Job Description

For our office in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for an Associate Director Demand Fulfillment EEMEA (maternity cover)

The position

As a creative Team Leader, with a broad Supply Chain knowledge, the Associate Director Demand Fulfillment builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders in Organon. The Associate Director reports to the Director of Demand Fulfilment, Distribution, and Logistics for EEMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Demand Fulfilment processes and activities across Russia, South Africa, and subsidiaries, EESCI, MENAT, including budget management.
  • Lead the Sales Projection process for Export markets to inform Commercial about expected gross sales revenue and to proactively address supply issues.
  • Oversight of critical issues from daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive projects to enhance supply chain management practices.

Supply

  • Ensure detection and mitigation of major supply risks.
  • Resolve major supply issues at various levels.
  • Enable supply prioritization decision-making during constraints.
  • Provide timely information on supply events to stakeholders.
  • Engage with Planning leaders to optimize demand and supply balance.

Inventory

  • Optimize inventory levels collaboratively across the supply chain.
  • Manage Inventory Questionable Value to minimize discards.

Reporting

  • Improve standard reporting for demand, supply, and inventory metrics.
  • Develop new measurement and reporting methods for SCM performance.

Process, quality and compliance

  • Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Own the Demand Fulfillment process sub-system.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to standards as defined in the Global Operating Model.

Requirements:

  • Academic Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in complex Supply Chain management.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and demand fulfillment activities.
  • Strong People management skills.
  • Experience in budget management and operational efficiency.
  • Desirable operational experience in various industries.
