Fyffes GBS is responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across multiple markets. The Order to Cash Claims and Disputes Analyst plays a key role in the finance operations and customer service departments, managing and resolving claims and disputes within the order-to-cash (OTC) process. This position requires a deep understanding of the company's products/services, policies, and customer interactions to effectively address and solve issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze claims and disputes raised by customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoicing, and payments;
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and documentation to support the investigation;
  • Resolve disputes and discrepancies promptly, ensuring a fair outcome;
  • Negotiate and implement resolutions with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage customer returns and exchanges in compliance with company policies;
  • Coordinate efficiently with logistics and warehouse teams for returns processing;
  • Maintain organized records of all claims and dispute activities;
  • Update internal systems with resolution outcomes;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and gather information;
  • Submit claims and supporting documents to the internal claims department;
  • Ensure timely settlement of approved claims with customers and internally with the supply chain team;
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring claims to identify issues;
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences;
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the order-to-claims process;
  • Analyze reports on claims and dispute trends and settlements;
  • Provide updates to management on ongoing investigations;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting the claims process;
  • Collaborate to reduce the frequency of claims and disputes;

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
  • Prior experience in order management, customer service, or claims resolution in an International group or GBS/SSC structure;
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and reporting tools;
  • Business-level English proficiency required; additional languages preferred;

Technical Skills Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills;
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
