Facultaire Graduate School Officer

Als administratief medewerker binnen het Graduate Office ben je met name verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve procedures tijdens het gehele promotietraject, het uitvoeren van het facultair Graduate School beleid en de algehele ondersteuning van de Directeur Graduate School. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor promovendi, supervisors, mentoren, ondersteuners, HR en de Universitaire Graduate School en beheert de mailbox.
Werkzaamheden zijn onder meer:
- Het beheer en up to date houden van de gegevens in het promovendimonitoringssysteem 'DMA'.
- Administratieve ondersteuning van de werving en selectie van potentiële PhD kandidaten met eigen financiering.
- Het coördineren/plannen van go/no go- en voortgangsgesprekken.
- Het bijhouden van de website van de FGS.
Je bent onderdeel van het bureau "100% Research" en ondersteunt waar nodig ook hun activiteiten.
Functie-eisenJe hebt een afgeronde administratieve of secretariele opleiding op minimaal MBO4-niveau, aangevuld met een aantal jaren relevante administratieve/secretariële werkervaring.
Het werken volgens administratieve processen, procedures en richtlijnen gaat je goed af en je beheerst internettoepassingen en Office-applicaties zoals Word en Excel.
Je bent stressbestendig, pro-actief, betrokken, klantgericht en zeer accuraat. Daarnaast heb je nodig een gestructureerde werkhouding, het vermogen om overzicht te behouden en zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Het dienstverband is 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast.
- Een functieomvang van 24-32 uur per week.
- Een salaris dat is gebaseerd op schaal 6 uit de CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten met een minimum van €2.618,- en een maximum van €3.298,- bruto per maand op basis van een volledige werkweek (38 uur), plus 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%.
