As the Regional Sales Manager for Upper Extremities and Foot and Ankle in the Netherlands, you will spearhead growth initiatives and nurture a high-performing sales team of 6 members. Excel in a dynamic environment, where your ability to build strong internal and external relationships is crucial. Your dedication to developing people and exceptional communication skills will be key. You will be part of the Extremities Northern Europe Leadership team and accountable for the region's revenue targets.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead Sales Teams: Motivate and guide teams strategically to exceed targets in a competitive market. Inspire excellence and seize emerging opportunities effectively.Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Formulate and implement robust commercial strategies that fuse Marketing, Key Accounts, Finance, ProCare, and X-Div. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market trends for sustained growth.Offer Insightful Forecasts: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts based on strategic analysis and market insights. These forecasts are vital for agile decision-making and proactive responses to market changes.Contribute to Marketing Plans: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute annual marketing plans. Ensure synergy between sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact and enhance brand visibility.Manage Key Customer Relationships: Cultivate and manage key customer relationships strategically to enhance Stryker's market presence. Leverage understanding of customer needs to position Stryker as the preferred partner, driving loyalty and growth.Enhance Performance Through Coaching: Implement strategic coaching, mentorship, and tailored training programs to boost team performance. Identify development opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Implement Succession Planning: Identify and nurture high-potential individuals to build a pipeline of future leaders. Develop succession plans for continuity in leadership.

Key qualifications:

Background in medical, scientific, or technical fields, or a degree in sciences/economics.Proven sales track record, preferably in healthcare.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in contributing to and executing marketing strategies.Demonstrated ability to drive market share growth and meet financial commitments.Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.Proficient in MS Office applications.Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (C1 level), both verbal and written.Valid driver's license is required.
