You will oversee a team of Territory Managers who offer advanced cleaning and sanitization recommendations.Responsibilities:
- Achieve district budget consistently
- Recruit, train, and supervise Territory Managers to attain sales growth goals
- Ensure team meets sales and service targets through key performance metrics
- Prioritize Retain, Grow, and Gain as development strategies
- Hold team members accountable for performance standards
- Meet set sales, productivity, utilization, and profit targets
- Expand and maintain market share via customer service and sales initiatives
- Carry out fieldwork with Territory Managers and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support the Dutch branch in the Netherlands
- HBO, bachelor's degree, or relevant background
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
- 5 years of experience in team management
- Strong skills in customer relationship management
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
- Effective coaching and team-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and SAP
