Als Stagiair(e) Human Resources ondersteun je de HR Managers bij het uitvoeren van hun werkzaamheden in de dynamische werkomgeving van het Servicekantoor in Amsterdam Zuidoost. De HR manager is op het Servicekantoor onderdeel van het Management Team van de verschillende divisies en is HR Business Partner voor het management. Deze stage is voor de periode van september 2024 tot februari 2025.

Wat je gaat doen

Dat het vakgebied Human Resources bijzonder veelzijdig is zul je in deze stageperiode snel merken. Zo maak je kennis met de rol die HR bijvoorbeeld speelt bij:

- Advies aan lijnmanagers en medewerkers op het gebied van werving en selectie, arbeidsvoorwaarden, CAO en wetgeving;
- het ondersteunen van lopende vacatures en sollicitatie trajecten;
- de ontwikkeling en doorgroei van medewerkers binnen de Bijenkorf;
- het sturen op een optimale formatiebezetting;
- het voeren van een goede personeelsadministratie;
- verschillende projecten.

Dit is een zeer allround HR meewerkstage waarbij je ondersteuning en begeleiding krijgt van een ervaren HR professional. Helaas is afstuderen binnen de organisatie niet mogelijk.
- Wat we je biedenWe geven je alle mogelijkheid om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Deze stage biedt je naast het opdoen van werkervaring ook een uniek kijkje achter de schermen van de Bijenkorf. De stagevergoeding bedraagt €350;
- per maand op basis van een fulltime stage (38 uur).
- Wie we zoeken- Momenteel studerend voor een HRM opleiding (HBO/WO);
- proactief, enthousiast, passie voor retail en zelfstandig kunnen werken;
- uitstekende mondeling
- en schriftelijk vaardigheden;
- verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en integriteitsgevoel;
- goede kennis van MS-Office.
