- Je bent enthousiast, hebt een positieve werkhouding, bent praktisch ingesteld en kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen.
- Ook ben je attent, opmerkzaam, nauwkeurig, spontaan, oplossingsgericht en dan vaak al voordat er een probleem ontstaat.
- Elke ervaring met het ondersteunen van een HR-team of het verzorgen van basis HR-administratie zou zeer voordelig zijn.

**Responsibilities**:
Overview
- Krijg jij energie van het regelen, organiseren en coördineren van allerlei facilitaire zaken
- Zet jij je functie graag naar je eigen hand en vind je het leuk om verschillende ballen in lucht te houden
- En wil jij het gezicht worden van het mooiste kantoorpand én het leukste bedrijf in Capelle aan den IIsel
- Dan ben jij vast de nieuwe Office Manager van Radancy Nederland

**Responsibilities**:

- Dit ga je doen
- Als Office Manager ben je ervoor verantwoordelijk dat alles op ons kantoor soepel verloopt.
- Je werkplek is het prachtige rijksmonument Van Cappellenhuis, dat we huren van de gemeente en waar ook regelmatig culturele activiteiten georganiseerd worden.
- Wie er ook binnenkomt; jij bent de eerste die ze zien en door wie ze hartelijk ontvangen worden.
- Jij snapt wanneer een collega behoefte heeft aan een praatje en onthoudt hoe onze klanten hun koffie drinken.
- Het betreft een zeer zelfstandige functie die je grotendeels zelf kunt invullen, met onder meer de volgende taken:

- Receptiewerkzaamheden, zoals het beantwoorden van de telefoon en het ontvangen en verzorgen van gasten.
- Agendabeheer, inplannen van afspraken en administratieve ondersteuning.
- Het op orde houden van algemene ruimtes in het kantoor en onze vergaderplekken.
- Het organiseren van bedrijfsactiviteiten (zoals afscheid/jubileum collega, kerstlunch, regelen attenties bij Sinterklaas/Kerst, etc.)
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen (denk aan schoonmaakbedrijf, beveiliging, koerier/post, bloemist, boodschappenbezorgers)
- Voorraadbeheer (kantoorartikelen, catering voorraden, schoonmaakartikelen).
- Aanspreekpunt collega's inzake facilitaire zaken.
- Ondersteunende taken voor het management.
- Diverse ondersteunende werkzaamheden op het gebied van inkoop, HR, marketing en communicatie.
- Proactief nadenken over betere en efficiëntere werkprocessen.
- Een luisterend oor en een vrolijke noot.
