Een functie voor 32 of 40 uur per week;
Vrije tijd: 25 vakantiedagen + extra vrije dagen tussen kerst en oud & nieuw (bedrijfssluiting). Mocht dit niet voldoende zijn kan je extra vakantiedagen bijkopen;

Je beschikt over MBO werk
- en denkniveau;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Je hebt kennis van MS Office en CRM-systemen;
Je hebt een administratieve en commerciële affiniteit;
Je werkt nauwkeurig;
Je bent een gedreven collega en wil graag zelf je eigen taken afronden;
Als collega's hulp nodig hebben, schroom je niet om hulp aan te bieden.

Wie ben jij
Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk vanaf de inkomende order
- of offerteaanvraag tot aan de orderbevestiging. Je houdt je bezig met zowel commerciële als administratieve taken. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant via telefoon of mail, waarbij je vragen beantwoordt, adviezen geeft, verkoopsignalen oppakt en verkoopkansen creëert. Je werkt nauw samen met de accountmanager van jouw regio en met de collega's van de Verkoop Binnendienst. Ook schroom je niet proactief de telefoon te pakken om de klant te informeren, te overleggen of offertes na te bellen. Je hebt het klantbelang hoog in het vaandel staan
Wat ga je doen
Je hebt een veelzijdige functie waarbij je klanten begeleidt en adviseert.
- Je brengt telefonisch advies uit over onze producten;
- Het telefonisch en per mail beantwoorden van vragen over orders en offertes;
- Het nabellen van offertes, backorders en lopende orders;
- Het maken van kostprijscalculaties en opstellen van offertes;
- Het administratief verwerken en opvolgen van binnenkomende orders;
- Het bieden van ondersteuning aan accountmanagers;
