Om de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te brengen, zijn we op zoek naar 1 kandidaat voor de functie van **Stagiair(e) Strength & Conditioning (full time**).**
**Wat is de Performance Staf?**
De Performance Staf van PSV is verantwoordelijk voor een groot takenpakket dat ondersteunend is aan de verschillende afdelingen binnen de voetbaltak van PSV, hieronder vallen de deelgebieden:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Sport Science & Analytics
- Video Analysis
- Nutrition
- Performance Behaviour
De openstaande rollen zullen zich focussen op het Strength & Conditioning domein.
**Wat ga je doen als Stagiair(e) Strength & Conditioning?**
Je gaat de leden van de Performance Staf, specifiek de Strength & Conditioning collega's ondersteunen in hun werkzaamheden. Hierin proberen we je kennis te laten maken met zo veel mogelijk taken die je in het werkveld tegen gaat komen. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor de uitvoering van een eigen wetenschappelijk onderzoek als dit gewenst is vanuit je opleiding in overeenstemming met de PSV Performance Staf.
Voor het seizoen hebben we een stageplaats beschikbaar:
- Stagiair(e) Strength & Conditioning PSV Academy **(Master)**
De werkzaamheden zullen zeer vergelijkbaar zijn voor de verschillende rollen maar kunnen er op sommige punten anders uit zien afhankelijk van het betreffende team en de fase van het seizoen.
Stages zullen bij voorkeur starten rond 1 juli 2024 en voor het volledige voetbalseizoen, maar in overleg kan eventueel gestart worden in augustus of uiterlijk begin september. Mocht je op zoek zijn naar een stage vanaf februari 2025 dan is dit bespreekbaar.
**Primaire kerntaken van de **Stagiair(e) **Strength & Conditioning**:
- Dagelijkse ondersteuning van de S&C staf in de verschillende leeftijden in midden
- en bovenbouw
- Ondersteuning, planning en uitvoering van on
- & off-field performance sessies in de verschillende leeftijden in midden
- en bovenbouw
- Ondersteuning en doorontwikkeling in periodisering en planning in de verschillende leeftijden in midden
- en bovenbouw
- Interpretatie en integratie van data verkregen uit trainingen, wedstrijden, testsessies & terugkoppeling naar individueel (gegroepeerd) maatwerk
- Ondersteuning en van het voedingsbeleid in de verschillende leeftijden in midden
- en bovenbouw
- Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van de Performance staf
- Bijdragen aan (wetenschappelijk) onderzoek op het gebied van performance vraagstukken
- Deelnemen aan interne scholing en kwaliteitsverbetering
