Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and run ADM ceremonies, including Daily Stand Up, System Demo, Retrospectives, and Lessons Learned.
- Identify and manage disturbances and delays in the team.
- Create an environment where team members proactively report delays and hold them accountable.
- Develop scenarios for solving delays and discuss them with the Product Owner.
- Understand and apply ASML processes and WoW.
- Maintain close contacts with stakeholders and understand their needs.
- Coach team members towards building a high-performing team.
- Remove team impediments and contribute to improving efficiency in team WoW.
- Get involved in technical details and decision-making within the team.
- Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Thorough experience in engineering and solid experience as Scrum Master.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with iterative development fundamentals.
- Well-experienced in team-building and facilitation.
- Ability to guide the team in structuring and setting priorities.
Technical University (BEng/BSc or MSc), or similar.
Experience:- Experience leading a team in a product development environment.
- ADM experience is mandatory.
- Meatronic integration skills are beneficial.
- Good people manager experience - coaching, motivating individuals in developing a high-performing team.
- Experience managing (external) suppliers and stakeholders.
- Drive for continuous improvement in terms of product, process, and people.
- Result-oriented and able to drive the plan of the team to meet milestones.
- Able and willing to challenge technical aspects within the team and the department.
- Quality-driven and looking for an environment where skills will be enhanced and ideas will be put to the test.
- Wanting to be part of a dynamic and challenging environment where collaboration and care for each other is key.
You will report to the group manager of the group "Light Shaping Mechatronics" in the BL DUV D&E OC Light Shaping department.
