General Purpose:

  • CONFIRMED is how we win at the top edge, with the pinnacle lifestyle audience. It is adidas' own boutique channel and home to the brand's highest value consumer groups. It offers a curated assortment of products ranging from limited edition collaborations to iconic franchises, stories that shape style & culture, and membersonly access to experiences such as underground music gigs, Alist fashion launches, art shows and locationtriggered surprises.
  • As an Assistant Manager CONFIRMED
  • Acquisition & Engagement for the CONFIRMED app at adidas, your task is to assist in the execution of digital and omnichannel campaigns, retention programs and community activations for the CONFIRMED app. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders in Digital, BUs and legal as well as agencies to deliver/implement campaigns, retention programs and community activations for Confirmed app members.
  • Additionally, you will support in the creation of guidelines and briefs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are in line with the objectives and positioning of the CONFIRMED app.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Scope: Assist in the evolution of the Membership Value Proposition for our members and in the digital execution of membership initiatives, campaigns, and lifecycle communications for the CONFIRMED app
  • Support in continuously growing and improving the Membership Value Proposition for our members on the CONFIRMED app:
  • Be members obsessed: actively use our analytics tools, screen social discussions and be in touch with the latest trends to identify key insights that you will share with the team and transform in actionable briefs for the evolution of the program.
  • Support in designing and delivering new programs and services to reward our streetwear and fashion members; ensuring it delivers premium, personalized, and seamless experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Partner with Global Membership, Global Digital and Local Markets teams on landing these new initiatives and projects in a timely, costefficient, and quality manner in line with guidelines, across all markets globally. Challenge solutions that do not match market reality and land implementable alternatives.
  • Ensure that best practices are collected and shared across markets, so that the best ideas are built into the upcoming campaigns and projects.
  • Advocate a member first mindset at all times & be a champion for Membership in your own teams but also with all stakeholders in the organization.
  • Season Plan Execution:
  • Support the execution of digital and omnichannel campaigns and community activations including initial briefing, creative and technical development, localization, user testing and optimization.
  • Support the execution of digital projects and campaigns e.g. reporting, presentations, workshops etc.
  • Lifecycle Communications:
  • Partner with the Consumer Analytics team to extract actionable insights from data, using these insights to evolve communications to convert, engage and re-activate.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Provide continuous transparency on status of own activities.
  • Proactively prepare reporting, presentations, or any other formats that might fit best, to communicate actively on activation results, key learnings and insights, or research findings.

  • Requirements, Education & Professional Experience:
  • Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within a Digital or eCommerce environment
  • Experience in designing and running brand or loyalty campaigns
  • Experience/involvement in working in and understanding of a Brand Marketing organization is a plus
  • Soft-Skills:
  • Advanced affinity and knowledge of the streetwear and fashion industry.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
  • High resilience and solutionoriented attitude
  • Hard-Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile
  • Comfortable working with enterpriselevel platforms and technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of digital IT products and capabilities
  • Data driven and insights focused individual with solid business acumen and indepth knowledge of Retail KPIs
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
