Voor onze locatie in Boxmeer zoeken wij een Validation/Qualification Engineer

Over de functie

Als Validation/Qualification Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten /maken van validatie/kwalificatie protocollen,
het beheren van diverse standaarden vanuit onze locatie Boxmeer.
Voor jouw afdeling ben je dé expert op het gebied van kwalificatie/validatie en daarnaast kalibratie.
Doel van de functie is het continueren en verbeteren van de productiviteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
Je neemt hiervoor het initiatief, formuleert business cases voor verbeterprojecten, analyseert data en dagelijkse processen en komt met verbetervoorstellen.
Je rapporteert aan de lead van de afdeling val/cal.

Welkom in ons team

Het OS validation/calibration team is verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren/uitvoeren/rapporteren van validaties, kwalificaties en kalibraties voor meerder locaties (Boxmeer, de Bilt en Stevensbeek).
De afdeling werkt voor verschillende afdelingen van de Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) en Center of Excellents (CoE's) van Boxmeer en de Bilt en eveneens met de Research & Development (R&D) afdeling in Stevensbeek.

Het team bestaat uit validatietechnici, een validatie engineer, administratieve medewerkers en werkvoorbereiders/planners.
Wij zoeken een enthousiast en technisch persoon met ruime ervaring op kwalificatie/validatie die ons team komt versterken.

Primaire verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opzetten van protocollen, rapportages, jaarplanning en registreren van werkzaamheden.
  • Initieert, beoordeelt en documenteert wijzigingen, past bestaande PO-plannen en contracten aan op de nieuwe situatie.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van analyses van kwalificatie en kalibratie gegevens in het CMMS systeem.
  • Support bij complexe technische kwalificaties en kalibraties.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor kwalificatie en kalibratie gerelateerde rapportages. Ook het beoordelen van kwalificatie- en as built documenten hoort hierbij.
  • Is expert op het gebied van kwalificatie en kalibratie bij projecten en kan bij audits dit verdedigen.
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor en volgt de van toepassing zijnde interne & externe officiële veiligheidsvoorschriften /wet- en regelgeving.
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van het bedrijfsbeleid op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu met betrekking tot validatie/kwalificatie/kalibratie.
  • Is Subject Matter Expert en vervult deze rol gevraagd en ongevraagd binnen alle kwalificatie en calibratie vraagstukken,
  • Draagt zorg voor kennisborging binnen IPT/CoE.

Jouw profiel

  • Een relevante HBO-opleiding met 5-7 jaar werkervaring in de Farmaceutische industrie.
  • Kennis van GMP is een vereiste.
  • Beschikt over organisatie vaardigheden.
  • Technische documenten kunnen begrijpen en lezen.
  • Leesvaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Vaardig in het schrijven van rapportages, voorstellen en plannen.
  • Bekend met validatie en kalibraties.
  • Service / klantgerichte houding en communicatie met een flexibele instelling.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht.
