  • Responsibilities:
  • - Deboning different types of meat following procedures and quality standards
  • - Removing bones, cartilage, and unwanted parts
  • - Checking meat quality to meet requirements
  • - Cleaning workplace and tools
  • - Complying with hygiene and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • - Experience as a deboner in the industry
  • - Thorough knowledge of cutting techniques and meat deboning
  • - Able to work independently and in a team
  • - Excellent communication and physical skills
  • - Flexible attitude and willingness to work shifts
