We are looking to welcome a Dutch speaking Business Development Executive to the team - or, as we call them at MD7, a Site Acquisition Consultant This position is responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords for EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Stations, on behalf of our clients. DAY TO DAYSearching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlordsContacting potential prospects by phone, e-mail, and video conferences to propose the acquisition and development of properties for the purpose of "Renewable Energy" projects, such as EV Charging StationsSuccessfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating termsCompleting site visits by travelling to identified locations (if necessary) and capturing geospatial dataMaintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrackThriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individualsREQUIRED SKILLSExcellent spoken and written Dutch and English language skillsSales or negotiation experienceProperty industry experience preferred but not essentialEnthusiastic with a desire to learnThe ability to work independently while also being a team playerComputer skills with basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook and WordAbout usWith over 400 employees worldwide at MD7, we are a small-big company on the verge of becoming a big-small company.
