Are you enthusiastic about finance operations? Do you have a passion for leveraging your financial skills to drive the financial planning of our manufacturing plants in Europe? We are in search of a First Diet Supply Points FP&A Controller EU at our HQ in Hoofdoorp, Amsterdam.


About the role:

  • You will report directly to the Plant-Based and First Diet Supply Points FP&A Manager EU.
  • You will play a crucial role in the performance review process of the First Diet Supply Points in Europe.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for finance teams at the supply points, you will ensure timely and high-quality delivery of management reporting and contribute to setting business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with various teams such as Finance, Operations, locally, at Zone, and Company Group levels, serving as a key partner for the First Diet operations business in Europe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support in defining the financial processes by setting up the financial reporting structure of First Diet in the EU zone.
  • Manage forecasting and monthly performance by coordinating the forecasting process within the First Diet Factories and ensuring reporting accuracy according to the Category Targets.
  • Coordinate with Factories, connecting them with Zone Design to Delivery (D2D) finance functions.
  • Provide support in preparing instructions for all reporting processes and contribute to the coordination of the yearly Standard Costs Price process.
  • Play a pivotal role in the COGS performance animation of the category and contribute to developing an integrated view on financial performance.
  • Evaluate existing internal reporting processes and procedures with a focus on recommending improvements for better risk management and compliance.


About you:

  • A Master's Degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial department with a background in business/commercial/operations/FP&A controlling.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player, demonstrating flexibility, proactiveness, and autonomy.
  • Proficiency in English.
