Samen met een team van energieke en commercieel gedreven professionals ga je dagelijks bijdragen aan het succes van één van de snelst groeiende spelers in de markt van personele dienstverlening. Als Reporting & Consolidation Controller bij de HeadFirst Group verzorg jij de financiële consolidatie van al onze entiteiten en de ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van de CFO waar het aankomt op IFRS / Local GAAP onderwerpen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming van het financiële resultaat van de group en bewaakt de convenanten. Je signaleert verbeterpunten in het proces (Learn Everyday)en zoekt de samenwerking op met collega's van andere afdelingen (Connecting People). Ook zet je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening op de eerste plaats (Customer First). Jij streeft ernaar om iedere dag weer boven jezelf uit te stijgen. De afdeling is constant in ontwikkeling en jij groeit mee.
Het control team bestaat op dit moment uit meerdere financial & business line controllers. Het team wordt aangestuurd door de Head of Controlling en daarboven de CFO. Ter versterking van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en proactieve business line controller die goed kan schakelen tussen de afdelingen. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor interne controles en het opstellen van management informatie. Een A-Z control rol met een directe financiële component, maar belangrijker nog een business partner component.
Jouw belangrijkste eindproducten zijn:
- Periodieke rapportages, budgettering, jaarcijfers en P&L (Profit & Loss) rapportages;
- Analyse van de financiële resultaten en rapportages in de juiste juridische entiteit (IFRS, Dutch GAAP);
- Financieel assisteren bij het uitwerken van projecten en business cases;
- Verzorgen van managementinformatie;
- Deelname aan maandelijkse business reviews (MBR);
- Eerste aanspreekpunt managing director van de business line;
- Input geven op en/of verzorgen van onderdelen van de jaarrekening;
- Opstellen van kosten/baten rapportages en onderzoeken en oplossen van financieel-administratieve vraagstukken.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die prestatiegericht werkt, het teamproces niet uit het oog verliest, heldere analyses maakt en in staat is om zelfstandig te opereren in een commerciële setting. Je bent consciëntieus nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig, en kan werken met strakke timelines.
