**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als managementassistent ben je een essentiële schakel en bied je jouw professionele en proactieve ondersteuning aan de organisatie van het secretariaat Studentenonderwijs, Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek, Netwerk en Kwaliteit (SOWONK) van de afdeling PHEG en het secretariaat van de Health Campus Den Haag. Naast je eigen werkzaamheden stuur je een team van zeven secretariële medewerkers aan. De primaire focus ligt op het ondersteunen van studentenonderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Deze functie omvat een breed scala aan secretariële taken, waaronder complex agendabeheer, notuleren, opstellen van documenten en vergaderstukken, en facturatie, die allemaal dagelijks worden uitgevoerd en incidenteel het organiseren van bijeenkomsten en conferenties. Bovendien ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor stafmedewerkers, collega's, docenten en studenten.

- Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven.
- Mbo/hbo-werk
- en denkniveau en relevante werkervaring.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in de Nederlandse taal.
- Flexibiliteit, accuraat, stressbestendigheid, samenwerkingsgerichte en oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Organisatorische vaardigheden met de mogelijkheid om taken effectief te prioriteren.

**Waar ga je werken?**:
Je komt te werken op het secretariaat Studentenonderwijs, Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek en Netwerk en Kwaliteit van de afdeling PHEG. De afdeling PHEG omvat de disciplines Public Health, Medische Antropologie, de opleiding tot specialist ouderengeneeskunde en de opleiding tot huisarts. De afdeling biedt onderwijs, opleidingen, nascholingen en verricht wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Ongeveer 350 medewerkers zijn werkzaam bij PHEG. De afdeling heeft een vestiging in Leiden en een nevenvestiging in Den Haag en werkt intensief samen met een groot netwerk in de regio.

**Meer informatie**:

- Als managementassistent PHEG bedraagt je salaris mínimaal € 2.932;
- en maximaal € 3.923;
- bruto per maand (schaal 7, CAO UMC). Deze bedragen zijn op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
- De gesprekken zullen op locatie plaats vinden. Naast het sollicitatiegesprek zal er ook gesprek plaats vinden met collega's van het betreffende secretariaat.
- Acquisitie naar aanleiding van deze vacature wordt niet op prijs gesteld.
