Who You Are

Experience is not required to start working at Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Leiden, but your motivation is crucial. The role of a production worker in the Dipping department involves physical work. Precision and a sense of responsibility are essential. Here are the requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Available for 5 shifts from Monday to Sunday: morning, evening, and night
  • Ability to handle physical tasks
What You Will Do

As a production worker in the Dipping department, you will be responsible for pulling prosthetics over molds and dipping them in chemicals. This role involves physical labor as the molds are heavy. You will work in a 5-shift pattern, with 6 consecutive working days followed by 4 days off. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Applying prosthetics to molds
  • Hanging molds in designated areas
  • Placing molds in chemical solutions
  • Operating the dipping process robot
  • Maintaining records following strict guidelines
