who are you

You don't need experience to start working at Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Leiden, but your motivation is very important. The work as a production worker at the Dipping department is physically demanding. You work accurately and can deal with responsibilities well. Read below what we ask of you.

  • You have a good command of the English language;
  • You are available from Monday to Sunday in 5 shifts: morning shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, evening shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and night shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM;
  • You are able to do physical work
what will you do

As a production worker you will work at the Dipping department. Here the prosthetics are pulled over molds to be dipped in various chemicals. These molds are heavy, so you must be physically able to deal with the work. You will work in 5 shifts. You will work 6 days straight and then you will be off for 4 days. Below is a selection of your daily activities.

  • Pull prosthetics over the molds;
  • Hang molds in designated racks;
  • Place racks in area with chemicals;
  • Control the robot for the dipping process;
  • Maintaining administration according to strict GMP guidelines.

Johnson & Johnson Medtech is part of the big American concern Johnson & Johnson. This is the largest international company for healthcare products, medicines and medical devices. It is an international company with a good diversity of employees. As a production worker you will get a direct contract with the company and work at the location in Leiden. You will receive good guidance from the start until you can work independently. There are also many opportunities to follow training courses and grow within the company.

  • Directly a 7-month contract at Johnson & Johnson Medtech;
  • Good pension scheme with an employer contribution of 4%, get 36 vacation days and a end-of-the-year bonus;
  • 100% allowance for public transport, € 0,21 per kilometer if you travel by car;
  • You work 6 days and then you have 4 days off;
