The most important quality you bring is eagerness to learn. If you already have some experience as a production worker, that's a plus.   • You can speak English fluently;
  • You have MBO working and thinking level, a degree in laboratory direction is a great plus;
  • You are available to work full-time from Monday to Sunday in Leiden.
what will you do

As a production worker, you will be working at one of the six departments at Johnson & Johnson and be part of the support team. You perform core tasks and supportive, routine activities. At first, the tasks will be carried out under the guidance of an experienced employee. Once you show proficiency in a task, you will be allowed to perform it independently without supervision. Your responsibilities will include providing materials and other resources. Below, you can read about what you will do on a typical workday:

  • Replacing filters;
  • Conducting pressure tests;
  • Emptying washers;
  • Assembling containers;
  • Supplying the necessary materials to departments.
where will you work

The medications produced by Johnson & Johnson in Leiden are injectable fluids that are ultimately administered directly into the patient's bloodstream. Clean and precise work is very importance in this production process. All employees, including production worker, wear special suits and adhere to strict safety and quality standards known as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). You will be working in a clean room to meet hygiene requirements.

  • Receive 5.5% ADV allowance, 8.33% holiday allowance, and possibly shift allowances on your salary
  • You can work in the 2 shifts (morning and evening shift) or in the 3 shifts (morning, evening and night shift)
