Your job

Je houdt je bezig met klanten met een verhoogd risicoprofiel. De Recovery Officer zet de lijnen uit van het behandeltraject en jij zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking. Hierbij werk je met diverse banksystemen, zoals MSD, Teams en Concord. Door een perfecte administratieve vastlegging draag jij bij aan een goede klantervaring én aan de kwaliteit van onze data. Daarnaast lever je ook een bijdrage in (bankbrede) projecten. Deze projecten kunnen zowel gericht zijn op de klant, de toezichthouder als op de ontwikkeling van het team.

Working environment

Operations FR&R maakt deel uit van Financial Restructuring & Recovery (FR&R), onderdeel binnen Risk Management (RM). FR&R neemt voor zakelijke en particuliere cliënten met een verhoogd risico de kredietverantwoordelijkheid over (na besluit daartoe binnen het vigerende delegatiemodel van de betreffende Business). De afdeling Operations FR&R is verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van alle werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de Recovery portefeuilles.

De afdeling Financial Restructuring & Recovery (FR&R) telt ongeveer 200 medewerkers: enthousiaste mannen en vrouwen, met verschillende achtergronden en nationaliteiten.
