**CONCRÈTEMENT VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?**:
Vous intégrerez la fonction Conformité de BNPP AM pour assurer le suivi, le déploiement et l'adaptations des politiques, procédures et plans de contrôles applicables au Métier AM dans le respect du cadre réglementaire local.

Vous faciliterez la mise en œuvre de la transformation nécessaire pour soutenir le changement et le déploiement des outils nécessaire à la réalisation des contrôles et du reporting associé en coordination avec les équipes Conformité du Métier BNPP AM (Responsable région Europe et responsables Domaines de la Compliance BNPP AM).

Ces tâches représenteront 100% de votre mission. Cela comprendra plus précisément les tâches de Check & Challenge et Independent Testing en relation avec les plans de contrôles de premier niveau (LoD1), la contribution aux TAC/NAC, la contribution à la revue de documentation marketing et le processus de sa validation et de participer activement aux projets et aux reportings.

Vous intéragissez avec des collaborateurs locaux et internationaux, internes et externes à la fonction Compliance.

Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d’un master avec une spécialisation en Finance ou Banque, Droit, Conformité, Risk.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 12 mois minimum, stage et alternance inclus, sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en matière de conformité, en sécurité financière, KYC, Regulatory, éthique professionnelle, et connaissance de la gestion d’actifs.

Vous parlez couramment l’anglais.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office Microsoft : Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion de séminaire, formation, meeting.
