As a Security Compliance Expert you take ownership of monitoring and understanding new and upcoming regulations, standards, and general security trends that might impact the organisation, especially NIS2. You ensure that internal processes and policies align with external requirements. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and build a strong network within the organisation.

Description

The main responsibilities of a Security Compliance Expert are:

  • Ensure future global regulatory security requirements are identified and acted upon from a compliance perspective
  • Engage as the subject matter expert on security compliance project related to e.g. NIS2
  • Understand the link between security legislation, compliance and risk management
  • Effectively and independently manages complex tasks and projects.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders, seeking input and feedback, and communicating in a clear and effective manner.
  • Maintain an extensive network to ensure that the client is optimally placed in its understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
