Over onze klantOur client is a company active in the technical industry and located near Eindhoven (manufacturing and production).FunctieomschrijvingThe main responsibilities of a Security Compliance Expert are:
  • Ensure future global regulatory security requirements are identified and acted upon from a compliance perspective
  • Engage as the subject matter expert on security compliance project related to NIS2
  • Understand the link between security legislation, compliance and risk management
  • Effectively and independently manages complex tasks and projects.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders, seeking input and feedback, and communicating in a clear and effective manner.
  • Maintain an extensive network to ensure that the client is optimally placed in its understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
ProfielWhat do we expect of a Security Compliance Expert:
  • Knowledge and experience of NIS2 is required.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience from an authority or compliance position.
  • Experience with Security legislation
  • Experience with defining and realising goals while working together with different internal and external parties
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally
  • Academic working and thinking level; ideally, candidate will have a Master's degree in law, social science, business or similar
  • Demonstrate flexibility
  • Take responsibility and ownership, lead without mandate
  • Strong stakeholder focus, build solid relationships of trust at different levels, both internally and externally
  • Real team player with strong collaboration and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills and influencing skills to advise top-level management
