Senior Information Security Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Information Security Manager to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive IT security program that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic information security plan that incorporates the latest technologies and best practices.
- Design and implement a robust security architecture that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
- Evaluate and manage the security posture of third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure the security of products and services.
- Conduct security testing, including dynamic and static security testing, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Review and assess application architecture to ensure security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain information security, cloud, and network security architectures that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud platform security and network security strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or commensurate experience in delivering security solutions.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise IT security, with a strong background in security management, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CIPP are highly desirable.
- Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a global team.
- Ability to maintain current knowledge of industry and regulatory trends and developments for enterprise technology.
- Specialized knowledge of security domains such as incident response, operational assessment of security posture, and general security management.
- Thorough understanding of security management principles and security governance principles.
