In the role of Sr. Information Security Manager, you will take charge of crafting, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive IT security initiative that aligns with regulatory standards while minimizing risks to the organization's data assets. You will provide strategic vision and leadership to effectively manage risks associated with the designated platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance, and the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement a strategic information security roadmap that aligns with the goals of the organization. Develop and deploy a resilient security framework, integrating cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices. Assess and oversee the security posture of external vendors and partners. Build and sustain strong partnerships with vendors to guarantee the security of products and services. Conduct Security Testing, including both Dynamic and Static Security Testing. Review Application Architecture for security compliance. Evaluate Information Security, Cloud, and Network Security Architecture. Ensure the security of Cloud Platforms. Oversee Network Security measures. Implement a Cybersecurity Framework based on industry standards and best practices.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in delivering security solutions. A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in Enterprise IT Security. Preferred security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP, etc. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on cross-cultural etiquette and a collaborative approach. Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures. Strong stakeholder management, judgment, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation skills. Provide leadership to a global team at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Stay updated on industry and regulatory trends and developments in enterprise technology. Expertise in various Security domains, including incident response, operational security assessments, and overall security management. Comprehensive understanding of Security Management and Governance principles. Familiarity with the MITRE Framework and IEC 62443/NIST 800:23 standards.About Philips
