Senior Quality Manager

As a Senior Program Manager Design Quality, you'll play a critical role in driving quality improvements in the strategy and execution of our program in the design of products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, people competency development, and data model enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best-in-class design quality techniques to apply to our software-intensive systems development.
- Design and deliver targeted capability-building programs to improve design quality, including workshops, technical training, and coaching.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit product development leaders, Patient Safety & Quality teams, and Systems Engineering Excellence teams.
- 12+ years of experience in hands-on product development in a high-tech, regulated environment.
- Advanced degree or certification in Design Quality and Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, AAMI, ISO standards) is a plus.
- Proven track record of excellence in product quality in design, leading others to raise the bar and understand how to do this in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience in software development is preferred.
