Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance activities and ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
About the Role- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely calibration and record-keeping of all measuring equipment to maintain accuracy and precision.
- Respond to customer quality surveys, questionnaires, and corrective action requests to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support quality functions through testing, inspection, auditing, capability studies, and cost of quality studies to ensure quality excellence.
- Collaborate with production staff to create custom packaging that meets customer and shipping requirements.
- Supervise and train quality assurance personnel in inspection techniques and best practices to ensure quality consistency.
- Visit suppliers and customers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and outgoing products.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide quality support to various project teams to ensure quality excellence.
- Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance.
- ~5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, IATF automotive), and AS9100 standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with a creative approach to challenges.
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
