Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance activities and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
About the Role- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure timely calibration and record-keeping of all measuring equipment
- Collaborate with production staff to create custom packaging that meets customer and shipping requirements
- Supervise and train quality assurance personnel in inspection techniques and best practices
- Visit suppliers and customers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and outgoing products
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide quality support to various project teams
- Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance
- ~5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, IATF automotive), and AS9100 standards
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders
- Proactive problem solver with a creative approach to challenges
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
