Job Title
Senior Program Manager Design Quality for Products and Systems
Drive quality improvements in the strategy and execution of the program in the design of products and systems to world-class levels, in close collaboration with our business units and functions.
Your Role
- Define the strategy/policy and execution of your own program(s) together with business units and functions to drive quality in product design, and support them to reach or maintain a mature, self-propelling state.
- Drive improvement of development processes, people competency development, data models, and tools.
- Understand the best-in-class design quality techniques in the industry and apply those to Philips' software-intensive systems development.
- Develop targeted capability-building programs focused on improving design quality, including workshops, technical training, peer learning sessions, and coaching.
- Your main stakeholders are business unit product development leaders, Patient Safety & Quality teams, and Systems Engineering Excellence teams.
