Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Program Manager to lead our next-generation battery technology program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the technical and market roadmap for this program, leveraging our R&D capabilities to gain further market traction and drive tangible business for our partners.

About This Position

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with battery technology development and preferably experience with thin-film technologies and their application in batteries. You should also possess a strong understanding of market/customer-driven insights in research and development programs, as well as proven ability to organize, structure, and manage activities and people to realize agreed targets.

What We Expect from You
  • PhD in Electrochemistry, Battery Technology, Materials Science or related research
  • At least five years experience, after completion of your PhD work, with R&D in battery technology and preferably in thin-film technologies
  • Market/customer-driven insight in research and development programs
  • Proven ability to organize, structure, and manage activities and people to realize agreed targets; in relation to a project portfolio, team of scientist/engineers, or complex customer projects
  • Hands-on mentality, taking responsibility, and ability to organize projects and work in an efficient and cooperative way
  • Excellent communication skills in English, towards a wide variety of audiences

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €65,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
