Job Title: Program Manager Space Management

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale changes in the field of Space Management, ensuring the successful implementation of these changes in accordance with the company's strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central contact point for clients during the initiation, preparation, and implementation phases of space management projects.
  • Participate in steering committees to review and approve design and scope changes.
  • Support the calculation of business cases for change plans and cost estimates for impact on the organization.
  • Inform business stakeholders about the impact and progress of projects and programs, ensuring coordination between activities.
  • Organize, facilitate, and participate in meetings, translating the outcome into reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide effective communication by setting up structures and platforms to share and structure information.
  • Support the Facility Management team and Space Management by interpreting created reports, raising suggestions, and implementing new processes and structures.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate Development and Strategy (REDS) and CRE Center of Expertise (CoE) to ensure space usage is aligned with business needs and financial objectives.
  • Take the lead in translating customer wishes for regional projects, translating URS into a suitable working environment.
  • Evaluate new working environments and align CoE on workplace standards and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, hospitality management, facility management, or a similar field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in housing space management, scenario, and demand management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive engagement and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance stakeholders and drive results.
