About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Netherlands. As a key member of our CRE NL department, you will be responsible for managing large changes in the field of Space Management, ensuring implementation of these changes in adherence to plans and other criteria.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in housing space management, scenario, and demand management. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master degree in business management, hospitality management, facility management, or similar
  • Strong understanding of space management principles and practices
  • Experience with program management, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
