About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our global team working on sales compensation strategy and practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design of sales incentive plans, rewards policies, processes, and tools that will have a global impact.
  • Collaborate with regions/zones to develop a global sales compensation practice.
  • Analyze results from benchmarking partners, business requirements, and assess plan design effectiveness.
  • Provide clarification on policy, terms & conditions in support of sales incentive administration teams on issues & resolutions where needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as Managers, Market Rewards, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Philips People Services.
  • Support colleagues related to deployment of Incentive Compensation Management (e.g., Anaplan), which may include business requirement and user acceptance testing.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience with deep knowledge in Rewards/Sales Compensation.
  • Prior experience working in management consulting related to sales compensation or sales performance management is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel) and experience with Anaplan are a plus.
  • Good organizational/prioritization skills and project management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Benchmarking and policy development knowledge.
