Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive business growth.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, including sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and continuous improvement.
* Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.
* Oversee the development of tailored solutions to meet customer requirements and enhance satisfaction.
* Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
* Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial activities.
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on commercial performance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Fluency in English & Arabic (C1/C2 level)
* Minimum of 7 years of sales experience as a Commercial Director (or senior commercial role) with retail brands; experience in the food industry is highly advantageous.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of market research methods and analysis.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
