Sr. Information Security ManagerJob Overview
As a Sr. Information Security Manager, you will take charge of formulating, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive IT security strategy while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and minimizing risks to the organization's data assets. This role requires providing the vision and leadership essential for managing risks associated with the assigned platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective governance, and maintaining the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic information security framework that aligns with the organization's goals.
- Design and establish a resilient security architecture that integrates cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
- Assess and manage the security posture of external vendors and partners.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with vendors to guarantee the security of their products and services.
- Conduct Security Testing, including both Dynamic and Static Security Testing.
- Review Application Architecture for security vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate Information Security, Cloud, and Network Security Architecture.
- Ensure the security of Cloud Platforms.
- Oversee Network Security initiatives.
- Implement a Cybersecurity Framework based on industry standards and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in delivering security solutions.
- A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive Enterprise IT Security experience.
- Preferred security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP, etc.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines and practices.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, decision-making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities at strategic, tactical, and operational levels within a global team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments in enterprise technology.
- Expertise in various Security domains, including incident response, operational security assessments, and overall security management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Security Management and Governance principles.
- Familiarity with the MITRE Framework and IEC 62443/NIST 800:23 standards.
